DIY: Eye de-puffing treatment you can make at home
Eye bags appear as a result of fatigue, insomnia, watching the TV screen or monitor too long, or as genetic predisposition. But, they may be a sign of some health issues such as allergies, heart disease, kidney, liver etc.
The skin around the eyes is about 4 times thinner unlike other parts of the body. Also, the exposed skin around the eyes bears efforts that we are not aware of. During the day, we are blinking about 15,000 times, while exposed to wind, sun, cold and dry air.
We propose you one great method to remove your eye bags.
Ingredients:
- Coffee bean powder
- Coconut oil
- A pinch of black pepper powder
First, take coffee powder and pepper grounds. Mix them together and add same amount of coconut oil. Mix them well and leave the mixture for a few minutes. Now apply the mixture under eyes and let it dry. For removing the application use wet cotton or wet cloth. Remove the application gently. You`ll see the difference!
WHY coffee, black pepper and coconut oil?
Because, coffee and black pepper contain high antioxidants. It stimulates the blood circulation. Also, it contains high oxygen and nutrients that prevent your skin from UV damage and skin aging. Coconut oil is naturally antibacterial, anti fungal and moisturizing.
Bags under eyes are mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes. They’re common as you age and the tissues around your eyes weaken, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids. Fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing them to appear puffy. Fluid may also accumulate below your eyes.
Bags under eyes are usually a cosmetic concern and rarely a sign of a serious condition. At-home remedies, such as cool compresses, can help improve their appearance. For persistent or bothersome under-eye puffiness, eyelid surgery may be an option.
