Bacon Wrapped Kielbasa Bites

These Bacon-Wrapped Kielbasa Bites are deliciously salty and sweet. Plus they’re the easiest, meatiest appetizer you can make conveniently in your air fryer. Seriously, they’re LOL easy with just 3 ingredients!

This anytime appetizer is so good, you’ll want to it all year round but they’re especially delicious and convenient for gameday, tailgating, and parties.

INGREDIENTS

All you’ll need is 3 common ingredients for this sweet and salty bacon-wrapped kielbasa bites recipe. I wouldn’t be surprised if you have all of them on hand.

  • Kielbasa
  • Bacon
  • Brown Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

First, cut the kielbasa into 1/2 inch pieces.

Then, cut the bacon in half lengthwise. Then, cut each strip into thirds, as shown in the image above.

Next, wrap a cut piece of bacon around a slice of kielbasa and secure with a toothpick.

Finally, roll them with brown sugar and air fryer at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

VARIATIONS

There are so many tasty ways to change this recipe. Below, we provide you with some ideas to get you started.

  • Honey Mustard – Brush the bacon-wrapped sausage rounds with honey-mustard sauce.
  • Sweet and Spicy Glaze – Brush them with a mixture of maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and a pinch of cayenne pepper before baking or grilling for a sweet and spicy flavor. Or, simply add some cayenne to the brown sugar before sprinkling on the sausage.
